La Presidenta de Chile, Michelle Bachalet, se reunirá este lunes 5 de junio, 2017 con el Primer Ministro de Canadá, Justin Trudeau para participar de la firma de acuerdos de modernización del Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) entre ambas naciones.
El TLC entre Canadá y Chile fue el primer tratado que la potencia norteamericana firmó con un país de Latinoamérica, y en julio cumpliría 20 años desde que entró en vigencia.
Luego de dos décadas, Michelle Bachelet y Justin Trudeau ratificarán el proceso de modernización del TLC. La firma de acuerdos incluirá modificaciones en medidas sanitarias, comercio e incluso habrá un capítulo sobre género.
